Fairmont State University and Pierpont Community & Technical College share a 120-acre main campus in Fairmont, West Virginia. Partnership allows us to better serve our 7,450 students. Partnership provides students with the opportunity to find their future from more than 145 skill sets, certificates, associate degrees, bachelor's degrees and graduate programs. FSU features a branch campus in Clarksburg, the Gaston Caperton Center. Through Off-Campus Programs, Pierpont offers a variety of courses at more than 15 sites in North Central West Virginia. Academic Programs: FSU offers more than 90 baccalaureate degrees and graduate programs in business, criminal justice, education and human services.

Pierpont Community & Technical College
Founded: 1974
Total Enrollment: 2,840
Academic Programs: Pierpont offers more than 50 associate degree programs, skill sets and certificates, as well as a variety of workforce training.

Locations: FSU and Pierpont share a main campus in Fairmont, West Virginia, a friendly city of 20,000. The campus is home to the Frank and Jane Gabor West Virginia Folklife Center. FSU features a branch campus in Clarksburg, which is called the Gaston Caperton Center. Pierpont offers classes in 15 sites in North Central West Virginia, including our Braxton County Center in Sutton. Through its Center for Workforce Education in downtown Fairmont, Pierpont provides workforce training and community education for its 13-county region. Pierpont's Robert C. Byrd National Aerospace Education Center in Bridgeport offers programs in flight and aviation maintenance.
