Classes in Barbour County are located at the Barbour County Technical Center.
The Barbour County Technical Center is approximately 4 ½ miles south of downtown Philippi (at the covered bridge) and approximately 1 ½ miles past the U.S. Route 250/State Route 38 intersection. The Technical Center is part of the Philip Barbour High School Complex. It is located on the left side of the road, and is the building to the left of the new facility.
From Belington, take U.S. Route 250 North 7 miles. The Technical Center is on the right.
From U.S. Route 33, take the Belington/Junior exit at Norton and travel U.S. Route 250 South 5 miles to Belington, then 7 more miles on to the Philip Barbour High School Complex.
