Floorhand Training for Oil and Gas Drilling

This training program, approved by the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), will prepare students for the position of Floorhand on drilling rigs. Commonly referred to as a "Roughneck", this job offers higher than average pay and benefits to those who want to begin a career in this nationwide industry. 
Knowledge of safe working practices in the oil and gas industry is a major focus of this program. Students will achieve CPR/First Aid certification and RigPass certification. Hands-on training on an actual drilling rig simulator is an integral part of the training program.
