Class Cancellations and Changes

Pierpont C&TC Community Education reserves the right to cancel any class if the minimum enrollment is not reached; to make changes in course dates, times or times; or to substitute instructors when necessary due to emergency / unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a course you select is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

The Community Education Department makes every attempt to provide accurate, up-to-date information to students via the Community Education website. Currently registered students will be contacted via email (when provided) in the event of scheduling changes. If your class is cancelled you will be contacted by email and phone no later that the business day prior to the scheduled start of class.

Inclement Weather

Community Education classes are cancelled due to inclement weather only when Pierpont Community & Technical College has been officially closed.
