LIFE LONG LEARNERS WEB-PAGE
The Fairmont State/Pierpont Community and Technical College Life Long Learners is a membership driven, non-credit continuing education program for adults interested in remaining mentally and socially active. Life Long Learners provides educational opportunities for area residents aged 50 and older, regardless of prior college affiliation or educational background. Emphasis is on offering short-term programs in a variety of subject areas – enhanced through the active participation of course participants. Programs are often supplemented by planned social activities, lectures, trips and other events of significant membership interest.
An annual membership fee allows you to register for as many courses as you wish and to take advantage of additional Life Long Learner benefits. Membership fees also provide funds for scholarshps for Pierpont Community and Technical College students in need of financial aid.
