EXERCISE TO BREAK:
Exercise your way to spring brea
k. We've got the top 10 spring break destinations and the miles needed to get to each one. Earn miles by working out.
Each time you workout, fill out a slip at the Falcon Center reception desk and drop it in the box. Points will be calculated each day and posted weekly.
EATING RIGHT SEMINAR

FREE eating right seminar!
Enjoy a quick, 30 minute seminar on healthy eating and nutrition.
FREE lunch included. Tuesday, March 6th @ 12:30pm (Library MMA).
Register @ the Falcon Center Reception Desk.

TRACK YOUR LAPS
Do you like to swim in the Falc
on Center & wonder how far you swim? We now have a board that you can keep track of your laps throughout the semester. Write your name on the board and keep track of your laps each day you swim. The poster even calculates your laps into miles. We also have a swim counter that suctions to the inside pool wall you hit the counter each time you turn at the wall.
Earn Points prizes for laps you swim.
Program ends May 4th.
NATIONAL WALK AT WORK DAY
Turn a working lunch into a walking lunch! National Walk@LunchDay helps you incorporate physical activity into your work day and encourages you to increase your daily physical activity by walking at lunch every day.
Friday, April 27th anytime between 11:00am - 1:00pm
