FSU is taking the concept of triathlon
and moving it indoors for an exciting
swim, bike and run event.
All events will take place inside the Falcon Center with untimed transitions in various order of events.
The difference between an outdoor triathlon vs an indoor triathlon.
An outdoor triathlon follows your standard concept of a race where whoever finishes first wins. Our indoor triathlons is based on time. You compete in all three events (randomly predetermined) and whoever has the fastest combined time wins.

DIVISIONS & AWARDS
The Indoor Triathlon is open to any student, faculty, staff or Falcon Center Member.
Individuals may compete in all three events alone or they may now compete in a TEAM DIVISION. The Team Division can be comprised of two or three individuals. If comprised of two individuals, one must perform two legs of the races. If comprised of three individuals, each person will complete one leg of the race.
For the competition, all participants will fall under one of the following divisions:
Student Male
Student Female
Other (faculty, staff or Falcon Center Member)
Team
Awards will be presented to Top Male, Female & other. Only the top overall TEAM from the team division wil be awarded.

Registration Deadline: Wednesday April 21st
To register, stop by or call the falcon center reception desk (368-7222) and fill out a registration form.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
| Bike (5 Miles) - This portion of the event, participants will using PreCore Bikes (Model C486i) to ride five miles. All bikes will be set on the "Cross Country" program with the resistance level set on "default." |

| Swim (200 yds) - This portion of the event, participants will be swimming in the Falcon Center Pool to swim 200 yards. The length of the pool (one lap) is approximately 25 yards long. 200 yards is equivalent to eight laps in the pool. |

| Run (2 Miles) - This portion of the event, participants will be running on the Falcon Center Indoor Track to run two miles. The length of the track is 1/5 mile. 10 laps around the indoor track is equal to two miles. |
