ACCS 1110, Tutorial Practicum-Online
ACCS 1110 is the course required of all students who wish to become a peer tutor for FSU/Pierpont CT&C's Tutorial Services program. Students in this course engage in reflective activities in a self-paced format on contemporary tutoring techniques. Students who wish to enroll in ACCS 1110 must meet the following qualifications:  

• at least a sophomore standing, 
• a minimum GPA of 2.5, and 
• recommendation from one faculty member. 

This course is popular with education majors. Students in technology programs are also encouraged to become peer tutors. All peer tutors, regardless of financial aid status, earn minimum wage. This course is worth one graduation credit.
