Our newest residence hall and accommodates up to 400 male and female students. The rooms are built suite-style, and there are both single and double rooms. Each suite has central heating and air conditioning, which can be individually controlled, and a private bathroom.
In addition, there is a kitchen on every floor, complete with a microwave, stove, sink, refrigerator, and ice machine. Each floor also has a study lounge. Some lounges also offer a TV, pool table, or ping pong table. Laundry facilities are available in Bryant Place at no additional cost during the academic year. Security in Bryant Place is top-notch. There are card access security systems on the main doors, wing doors, and individual suites. Students also monitor entrances 24 hours per day when the halls are open. Bryant Place is also home to the Honor's Learning Community. Students must be a part of the Honor's program to live in this community.
