The College Park Apartments offers both furnished and unfurnished apartments.
Furnished apartments have full size beds, a couch, kitchen table with chairs, end tables and coffee tables. One, two, and three bedroom apartments are available. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Water, cable, internet, sewage, and trash pick-up are included in the lease. However, electric and telephone are solely the tenant’s responsibility. Laundry services are available in each building and are available at no additional cost during the academic year
