Enjoy views of campus and Fairmont from Pence Hall. The building is located behind the Falcon Center. Pence Hall is a co-educational hall where male and female students are separated by floor. The hall’s residents, approximately 134 students, are a mixture of first year and returning students. Its location is ideal for students with activities in the Feaster Center or athletic fields. Pence possesses the largest lobby of the four residence halls, which offers pool tables and a big screen TV with both a DVD player and VCR. Laundry facilities are available in Pence Hall at no additional cost during the academic year.
