Allison McCue has been an Instructor of Baking and Pastry Arts for Pierpont Community and Technical College. since 2011. She is the program coordinator for the Pastry and Baking specialization of the Food Service Management degree. Allison is a firm believer in the importance of lifelong learning and continuing education. She is a Certified Pastry Culinarian and Certified Culinarian with the American Culinary Federation. She enjoys attending workshops to learn more about pastry and baking and plans to earn additional certifications from the American Culinary Federation. Currently, she is working towards earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
