The President’s Cabinet serves as the central leadership and advisory body to the President of the college, guiding strategic decision-making and institutional alignment. With a focus on collaboration, transparency, and accountability, the Cabinet ensures that college-wide initiatives, policies, and performance metrics are thoughtfully reviewed and aligned with the institution’s mission and goals.
Purpose & Charge
The President’s Cabinet serves as the primary decision-making and advisory body to the President of the college. Its purpose is to:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of institutional priorities.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with the college’s mission.
- Review and recommend policy, curriculum, and institutional initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (enrollment, retention, budget, workforce partnerships).
- Ensure transparency in communication and decision-making.
