Phlebotomy: Hybrid in Braxton County

The Phlebotomy course has 120 contact hours to prepare students with the instruction and laboratory education needed to sit for the American Medical Technology (AMT) Phlebotomy Certification Exam. Completing the training and passing the certification exam will prepare students for immediate work in the healthcare industry. This certification will also articulate as prior learning credits allowing interested students a pathway to continue their education and enter Pierpont’s Medical Laboratory Assistant Program.
