Before submitting a request, please note the following:

– All strategic marketing requests should support and prioritize the institution’s enrollment marketing strategy.

– All requests are subject to availability and varying turnaround times. To ensure your project is completed within your desired timeframe, we ask that requests be submitted in an appropriate time frame:
– Requests need to be submitted at least 72 hours in advance (during business hours).
– For effective event promotion, please submit your events at least 3-4 weeks before the event date. If printing and production are required, please submit even earlier.
– If you need design and production with orders being shipped, you should expect around 2-4 weeks, depending on the project.

– Upon your submission, a member of the marketing team will reach out to partner with you and provide direction for the completion of the project.
