Matt Turner joined the Pierpont team in 2020, bringing with him more than seven years of marketing experience. While at Pierpont, Turner and the marketing team revamped the marketing efforts and plan for the institution.
At his previous company in student housing, Turner received the Marketing Director of the Year honor, which was given to him for his unique and strategic marketing plan that led to a high increase in property performance. Turner has also held positions in newspaper advertising and was an intern with WVU athletic marketing.
Turner received his master’s degree in integrated marketing communications and bachelor’s degree in sport management, both from West Virginia University.
Turner has a son, Milo, and a wife, Chelsey.
